Day 2: Great Starts

Todays challenge is to start the day with a few good words to ourselves.

Now I understand how affirmations work and I also know how silly I feel doing them out loud. So, honestly, this probably won't be something I will do but I do know a few other ways I can make sure I have a good start to my day.

One of those tasks is checking my planner/outlook for the tasks on my list for each day. When I do this, I'm much more purposeful in my morning and then in my day. Second thing I can and will do is exactly in line with my overall goals for the challenge. I will decide the night before what my breakfast will be each morning. If there is some early prep I can do, I will do that.

These two things alone will make a huge impact on how my day gets started.
